How Can All Players Win in the High-flying Era of Mobile Ad?
Along with the boom in smartphones and tablets, mobile advertising is soaring high beyond our expectations.
According to Gartner, global mobile-advertising revenue is forecast to reach $3.3 billion in 2011, more than double the $1.6 billion generated in 2010. Another research firm, Global Industry Analysts (GIA), recently projected that the global market for mobile advertising will reach $32 billion by 2017.
To hop on and ride this “Mobile Ad” bandwagon, we need to more accurately understand the direction of the mobile ad industry, and a clearer perspective, needless to say, would be helpful.
